Simple watermarking/copyright tool?

Hi,
I am look for a software which does this.
I select a bunch of photos on my PC. And ask the software to attach a copyright notice at the bottom right. Or maybe a border etc., etc., different types of copyrighting, WITHOUT removing exif info etc.,
Irfanview is great, but it removes the copyright info.
The tool should be intelligent enough to make the size of the copyright logo relative to image size. For example if I choose size X for 800x600 image for a double size image it should make the copyright twice the size etc.,
One promising candidate is eyebatch, anyone used this one? Does it retain exif etc., It is not free, if someone can tell me a free candidate it will be great
