Straight into the deep end

Hi, I’ve been spending so much time reading ‘Dgrin - How To Do Most Anything’ that it nearly got too late to enter, so I jumped straight into the deep end and posted my entry.
Could anybody have a look at the entry and tell me if I got it right, please? Mainly the bit with the EXIF.
