When I try to install Image Editor on my XP PC I get the following error:

139791045-L.jpg

I contacted i2e about it and they said I need to install it with administrator rights, which I am doing. So I am at a dead end.

Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

in case anyone else has this problem
Well after another unsuccessful attempt at eliciting help from Colour-Science I did some research on this particular error message.

From what I read in a number of places for other products it would appear that the installation process for Image Editor is trying to register a component that is not in their package.

So if any other XP users see this message just click on the 'Ignore' button and the install will complete just fine. Just annoying but not a real problem.

Now on to testing the product!
