Hi ! I'm interested in getting a professional account with smugmug but I have a few things I need clarified first.

I travel a lot but my residence is in Romania. Considering this:

1. What documents do I need to fax/email smugmug to prove I'm not an US citizen?
2. If/when I sell photos and smugmug sends the check, can it be sent to somebody else, on somebody else's name (my father's for example) who resides in the same country but at a different address?

Sure, put your father's name on your account in our control panel.
