My best wishes to you, too, Nir. I love Passover. It's my favorite Jewish holiday. Ever hear of the term "gastronomic Jew"? That's me. :D:D

And, for those who don't know what Passover is like, think about sitting around a table for about 4 hours give or take, singing, praying, laughing, reading, sharing stories, eating lots of food and drinking lots of wine. It's a great family event. A wonderful time to share with friends both Jews and non-Jews. It's a time to reflect and remember the history of the Jews. It's a time to debate that history. It's a great learning experience. And, it's fun.
