Hi All!!

I have a customer who is having a problem adding my photos to her cart. She is using a Mac.

I had a couple of friends who are on PCs add photos to their cart and they say they have no problems?

Any suggestions or ideas? I told her to check her cookies so hopefully that'll work.

Thanks!
Daniel

Hi, best is to ask her to write us at the help desk: http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal

by ANY chance, is she using IE5 on a Mac? We dropped support (as did MSFT) for that nearly 2 years ago.

Otherwise, give us more info please, including the url from which she is trying to buy? Thanks!

    Hi Andy,

Thank you for the quick response. I appreciate it.

She is trying to buy a photo of Rice Park from my St. Paul gallery at www.DansPhotoGallery.com

I sent her a note asking about the IE5 issue and am waiting for a reply.

    Many thanks!

If she's using a Mac, chances are she's using Safari.
Safari has a weird cookie setting by default. It prevents items from being saved in the cart.
This SmugMug help-page tells you how to change it to the normal setting (click on "i'm using Safari"):

    Hope this helps.
