Help Identifying This Bird

I took this pix in NYC in the little park by the Flat Iron Building... Anyone know what it is? I just love the colors and the "polka dots". :)

    At some things....Hey, a few months ago, I couldn't even have told you that. rolleyes1.gif BTW, you did a great job capturing the bird. The pic is nice and sharp.
