Backprinting Not Showing Up

I had a customer contact me today when they received their prints. There was no mention of me or my SmugMug affiliation. There was no backprinting even though the gallery had a backprinting message in it.

Any idea if I've done something wrong or it this was just a glitch or what?

Hi, the printers that do the backprinting can't do the the © and the |

so this has to be changed:

© 2007 Klimon Photo | www.klimon.com

I suggest:
