Noob here. Setting up a pro account (on trial still), and have lost an album

Its titled "12s 070401 Non League"

I can see it in SmugBrowser, but it doesn't show up in native SmugmugMedium

Any clues, the other 4 albums show up fine. I did some renaming via SmugBrowser this morning, and it changed my security settings as well (large, originals, right click, etc.

Trying to post a screenshot of the smugbrowser screen, its here, not sure why its not inserting, will work on that later via edit.

Thanks in advance

    Welcome wave.gif

    It's right here:

On your homepage, there's a clickable link, categories/galleries - you can show galleries and see all galleries on your homepage, then easily find it, then change the link back to show by categories :)

Close, but not quite. Note the title of the one you pointed to is 14s...., I'm looking for 12s.....

When I switch to galleries, it shows up. Checked the category, its correct, private, but pword protected. Switch back to categories, its not there? In category mode, that category SF Tremors VB, shows 5 galleries, but only 4 appear when I go into it.

Also, the backprinting field keeps getting a weird symbol before my ©

    Thoughts?

    Thanks for the help.

Edit: OK, that was weird. Just put a "featured photo" in, and it now shows up fine in category view. Don't know if you guys are pulling strings in the background, but its fixed.

Set your backprinting globally, in your control panel, far easier :)

Also, we do not allow © on the backprint (the machines can't print it, sorry). use (c) instead.

    © Your Name

    (c) Your Name or

    Copyright Your Name
