Kodak POTD!

Now I know this gets asked a lot by out-of-towners, but I will ask anyway

I have just found out that one of my photos will be KPOTD on 18 April, which I am really delighted about - it is the first time I have had one so am very excited about it! If anyone is likely to be around Times Square on that day (it is a Wednesday) I would be really grateful if they would be able to take some shots of the photo & my name up there in NYC!

It is a long way from London to NYC so I don't think I will be able to justify the air fare to be there in person to see it :cry

Would someone be able to help out? I would really appreciate any offers - thanks!

Thanks all for the kind words - much appreciated! I submitted 2 photos with a similar theme and I'm not exactly sure which one they chose I have asked if they could confirm but I think it is this one:



It was taken at Chinese New Year in London back in February

Kodak have confirmed that this was the photo that was chosen - that will teach me to take a note of the names I give photos in future

Anyone out there likely to be close to Times Square on the 18th?

I thought I would bring this thread back to life closer to my KPOTD to see if anyone would be able to help out. It will be up there on this Wednesday, 18th April. Any offers would be gratefully accepted

I have another KPOTD this Thursday 7th June - if Andy or anyone is in the area & would be able to take a photo for me I would be really grateful. I have been very fortunate to get 2 in such a short space of time - I very much doubt I will get this chance again! This is the picture, taken in Muizenberg in South Africa earlier this year:
