SmugMug Not Working Properly for Some?

I just got this email from my wife:

I am very concerned about smugmug. My mom has tried numerous times to go on and order and it never works. Julie had to try a few times before it worked for her and the same with Margaret. Maybe we need to just use a local printer and have them all order they way we intend to service the package.

I had heard from two other people last week that were experiencing problems. However, whenever I access the site I never have a problem.

"Mom" is in upstate NY on broadband.
"Julie" is in Western MA on broadband.
"Margaret" is in N. Virginia on broadband.

I'm in Orange County, CA on broadband.

Any thoughts as to what's going on?

Sorry, another person from here in Orange County also experienced problems as well.
