Pro Account Queries - Pre-Sales

I am looking at getting a Pro account and the only thing stopping me is the answers to the following questions:

1. I am UK based and concerned about delivery of prints etc to the UK, do you have any lead times? Are there many UK based accounts?

2. Can I use two host names on a single site? I have a seperate site for my 'family' shots. Would these have to go under the main site with password protection?

3. Whats the current system of outage / downtime notifications?

4. If I signed up a 'standard' account is there an upgrade path to Pro?

Thanks

Steve

wave.gif and welcome! There are in fact many UK based accounts. Most folks report that prints are delivered within a week or less.

    2. Can I use two host names on a single site? I have a seperate site for my 'family' shots. Would these have to go under the main site with password protection?
    Only one CNAME.

    3. Whats the current system of outage / downtime notifications?
When we have planned maintenance, it's during our published window which is Thurdays at 11pm Pacific Time

We don't use that window each week (rarely use it at all, in fact..). When we know about it, we reply to that thread (subscribe to it), and we post a note to you in your control panel.

    4. If I signed up a 'standard' account is there an upgrade path to Pro?
    Yep nod.gif

Holler with more questions, we'll be here!
