    I love her expression and how natural she is.

    Personally, I'd play with a bit of cropping and try to bring some more light to her face.

    Nice shot! I agree about bringing back some of the shadows. It might also look really nice in B&W!

    Next time, try getting down to her level - I think you'd get an even better shot!

    I took a quick stab at this, too.

    Too much in the background. Especially the person's leg at the top. Your focus is your mom, so I dropped a lot of the background to really make her the focal point. Plus, some shadow/highlight/saturation tweaks.

    Anyone know how I can get this pic to show? Its an x. My mom died in Oct and I dont have the original anymore. Anyone PLEASE?

    I hope you can find it. Maybe someone at Smugmug can help you reconstruct the gallery. It would be a shame to lose an image of your mom that you can't replace. Good luck.

    Still trying to figure out how to get this picture....thats one downfall to digital cameras. No film to save. I guess this was the only place I posted this picture cuz I sure cant find it anywhere.
