    We'll it doesn't scream Irregular to me yet, but that blue car certainly does stand out. The only thing not helping it, for me atleast, is the beige and white cars on either side. But to others it may add to the Irregularity of the image.

    Work on the photo, the theme is not really the central piece. If you have an amazing photo with hint of the theme, it will go through. You need to reshoot it more beautifully, maybe park a truck or something in a like of cars of same make and color.
