made categories for galleries but i cant get themoff homepage

:scratch i made categories for my galleries and now they show up on my home page also . ... i just want them to be on the galleries page i can't find anything here that fixed the problem .. i just wanted to click on the galleries link and the categories show up with the galleries inside like they are now but i dont want them at the bottom of my home page also like they are..
anyone have a fix for this

    Add this to your CSS code box:

    .homepage #categoriesBox {display: none;}
    .galleries #categoriesBox {display: block;}

    i put it in the code box barb but still the same thing??

    Move that code to the top of your CSS.
