Did you try adding
resizeToPhoto = true;
to your footer code?
Thanks for the reply- I did try this, and it only makeas a small miniature version of the picture, but the dimensions are correct, with no cropping. THis is so funny, because I installed the slideshow a few days ago, and didnt have this problem. Anymore ideas?

Now I'm confused, you have a 600x400 size slidehshow on your homepage.
Is that the one that's too small or did you find the solution?
