Kentucky Governor Ernie Fletcher's dog.
Was visiting the state capital the other day and caught Abby getting her photo taken.
She was very good at sitting still...it's a long way down from the rail she is sitting on.
And a few from around the building.
Very low light inside most were taken @ iso 800
Next time I will bring my tripod.
