Aperture Presets

Hi All,
OK, all I am hearing in the people forum (lead by photogmomma :rofl ) is how good Lightroom is.
I have both Lightroom and Aperture loaded on my MBP and I must say I do like the editing features in Lightroom, but I LOVE the folder, projects organising in Aperture (not sure if there is a way to replicate this in Lightroom?).
Anyway one of the things that I keep hearing is presets for Lightroom. A quick Google search didn't really bring anything back for Aperture presets? Is this something that exists? Are more people using Lightroom making it easier to find these things?
