Upgrading Shipping??

Is there a particular number of photos (or amount if order) that we can order to get complimentary shipping upgrades? The reason I ask is I placed an order last week and I just got shipment notification. I got a tracking number.......... I when I chose shipping, I just chose regular shipping. Cause I live in Georgia and I wasn't in a great hurry. I am just wondering.... it has happened before.

    Over a certain amount, the least expensive option is express (priority mail) and it goes to that automatically thumb.gif
