Charge for postcard photos???

Background:
A student organization affiliated with a client I take photos for has asked me to provide them with a few photos for them to make postcards. They are selling them as a fundraisier to help with a scholarship they offer.
Explaination/Question:
They are wanting about 4-5 photos to print about 200 cards for this initial order to see if they are successfull in selling. I normally sell each photo for $2.00 so I was wondering how much I should charge them for the use of these photos for this purpose?
They are expecting these photos for free so really any amount to them is going to be too much; however, any thoughts on explaining the cost to them.
I know I am a little vague in my explaination but there are more details that I can't really post but I would appreciate any feedback you may have.
