Greetings All!
I need some help defining if this example would be considered private or professional use.
I shoot the Legends/Bandalero's out at Texas Motor Speedway. The Legends is about a step or two below Bush/Truck series. So some folks have some serious money tied up in the adventure as well as some semi serious sponsorship.
One of the drivers wants to use one of my photographs for his trailer. I am not sure if this needs to be priced as with the professional license or the personal. He owns his car and truck/trailer. On his trailer it would be his name, # and the picture. Nothing at all tied to a sponsor, or his company.
