Is there a way to arrange galleries inside the categories?

When you're logged in there is an arrange check box on every cat and subcat page.

Andy, that must be an old graphic. The one I get has save changes, arrows, unselect all, start / end, quick sort, reverse and shortcuts.

What would also be nice is to have the quick sort on the categories and sub-categories arrange pages. mwink.gif

    cheers

I don't want to arrange the galleries on my homepage, all I have is a slideshow there. When you click on the categories at the top of my site and then choose galleries (say sports, then the baseball galleries) is what I want to organize. I don't want to arrange the pictures in the galleries (I know how to do that), just the albums themselves.

    Thanks! :help

When I'm signed in and look at my galleries, I don't see any sort of button indicating the ability to arrange them. :( It shows the featured picture of the gallery, a box underneath that says customize, and edit beside the name of each gallery. I want to arrange all galleries in each category.

Yes, but I'm not wanting to sort those. I'm wanting to sort the albums inside the galleries. Example: Sports - Football

Sort PCHS Varsity, 135 PCB, ect....

When you're logged in and you click on your category, you should see a "sort subcategories" (if you have subcategories) and a "sort galleries". I'll include a screen shot below from my Travel category. If you click arrange then you'll be able to sort your albums within the category (or subcategory).

I believe that you need to turn the geography on for at least one of your galleries. I did something to this affect and it worked after that.

You don't need to turn geography on for this. I believe that you do need to be logged on as the gallery owner though and not as a guest (although I could be mistaken on this point).

If you're still having problems arranging galleries it might be time for one of the smugheroes to take a look at your site - maybe an email to the helpdesk would help if they don't see your post here.

It has nothing to do with geography options. If you don't see the arrange links, go to your homepage and choose 'sort by position' instead of 'sort by most recent'. That will bring them up.
