That's got to be the most ambuguos title! But it's accurate. The fourth grade class at my son's school put on a "Wax Museum" where they dressed up as pop or historical figures. They stood, statuesque in the hall, and would give a presentation about themselves for a coin in their buckets. Neat idea.
Here's some shots that I think turned out cool - various treatments, etc.

Too much pp and softening in 2 and 4, and 1 has waaay to much sharpening/contrast variation in photoshop. Although 3 and 1 are decent portraits on their own.

Sounds like a lot of fun. I like the treatment on 1. What did you do to it?

Thanks- The way these turned out are basically the looks I was going for - soft, overstated, etc.

In the first one, I tried to follow a tutorial that someone had concocted as a "David Hill" look. It requires that the original be strongly cross-lit, which mine wasn't, but it still made for a neat effect.

Number 3-- quite disturbing but in a good way. I'm just not used to seeing kids smoke cigars!

What historical figure is he? FDR? Tony Soprano? :D
