Just viewing it looks like it should work but how can I varify without actually making a purchase myself?

People have reported that they could not even view the prices :( However, I can even without logging in so these two weeks I've been lead to believe that it is working. Until I started getting emails.

This is an example email: "Wow.. so I just went through your entire site. That's amazing.. your work is really, really good.

are you selling it? I saw the vintage car section had a cart.. but it didn't work when I tried to see your prices:) Just curious if you're selling stuff through there? I'll put some of your photos in my next project mock-up if they fit the theme. Angela"

The two galleries are the 'Stockphotos' and 'Clients' www.mafotografix.com

Please can't see the prices ie can't order.

Please HELP! I've lost a lot of sales in these 2 weeks already.

Worried :( Coud someone from Smugmug please help to test this out. Thanks!

As I say in my Pro Start Page, log out, or better yet, use a 2nd browser to see your site as a customer would. You can go to step 4 of the cart without actually purchasing.

So, go to each gallery, logged out, and check.

For example, this gallery, has NO printing enabled:
    http://www.mafotografix.com/gallery/2583968

    but the car gallery does.

    Hi,

I just added a photo from that gallery to the cart without any problems at all. Pricing is in place and everything seems fine!

    Dear Andy
I know how to do that. Did a simulation as a visitor etc. And yes, I've done all that you mentioned 2 weeks ago before releasing the site to the public.

I thought I had tested it (went all the way to step 4).

Now 2 weeks later I'm getting these emails from potential customers. Hence, my red flag for help.

Okay well galleries that have printing enabled seem to be working just fine. What, specifically, are the emails saying? ear.gif

    OK I've found the problem!!!
All the users who reported that they can't see the prices in their shopping cart use Mac Safari!

Is there a patch for them?

I'm going to try to get back to the customer(s)

Safari is fully supported by us. Ask did they have cookies fully enabled please?
