    thats irregularly picturesque
now thats a very uniquely interesting shot..awesome!! the only improvement i could suggest would be to make the lady's face visible fully..let the potrait be held under her chin..on the whole lovely pic!

Clever idea, very well executed. For the challenge, though, I like Morning Radiance. That is the one I would put on my wall.

    thats a fun shot!

I agree with the face, and I wonder if there is anyway to capture the two of them staring at each other while getting both faces in. That might be fun too.

Yes, that is exactly "irregular picturesque" effect I was trying to get to, glad it worked! :D

Very creative, Nik! Love the jeans... though I wish her right foot wasn't cut off. Maybe a little more space between the frame and her mouth.

Well, this was the best shot moodwise from about 50+... She's on a spring break trip now and won't come back in time for reshoot...

    Sorry Nik
Haven't been of any help on this one.....been looking at it, thinking, "great concept", then it kind of leaves me. Hard to put a finger on it but if her entire face were showing it might make the grade. This is a puzzle.

No worries! I still like my current entry:-).
It's just I spent too much time on this dual thing to keep it locked in my harddrive :-)

Actually, can't you just use a "Frame-by-Frame" technique... I seem to remember reading about it somewhere mwink.gif

    Very interesting shot. Nice lighting.

I'll keep that for the future challenges :-)

I actually used two different ligh setups for those two portraits.

The "dress" one was set for "rembrandt"-like light with the hair light slightly up front, while the "punk" one was more "batterfly" like and hair light slightly on the back.

    Cheers!
