Cleaning out my hard drive . "The Big Cull"
I forgot about this shot.Nothing special but ... hey consider the technical difficulties... one hand on camera one jumping between window button and steering wheel, the big arm stretch and lean and the foot work... well let me tell you I was driving a stick shift and chewing gum.
All of this and a perfect composition too. Theres no window frame in this shot bubba!:rolleyes Technique like this comes from years of study and field experience, not to mention pure god given talent.:rofl
No animals were hurt in the filming of this photograpic debaucle.:uhoh

out here because it's rare as we're zipping by on the highway that we see the front of the deer. Or we get deer sides. Occasionally we get a "boy" deer in the group too! Whoo Hoo!

There is a patch were if we were careful, we could walk up on them, and I've done that, alas there are two wire fences, one at the roadway and one past the pathway, so it's not a good spot for photographing them.

I like the sheep shot, the way the second one is disappearing down the hill, great composition. Sheep are very skittish and sometimes if they hear a car stop they will take off.

You were lucky to get this shot!

    Right click>select properties>
copy the url and change the L or M at the end to S for small. Only works on Smugmug photos.
