Fashion ad spoofs
I'm doing a series of fashion ad spoofs for my final project for studio lighting class.
What I'm doing is inserting really cheasy tacky items into the photo in place of luxury designer items (jeans, perfume, cologne, purses, etc).
So far I have:
spam, fanny packs, 80s cellular phones...
Any suggestions anyone?

There's always Tang and processed cheese slices (or that canned squirt cheese) if you decide to go that route.
Or look at a local Goodwill or thrift store-- there are often lots of tacky items there-- including jewelry-- for cheap.
And make sure to post some pics when you're done too!

And... I remembered this as I was getting ready this morning. Remember the lamp in "A Christmas Story"? The one that is a woman's leg in fishnets and a high heeled shoe? Doesn't get more tacky than a lamp like that!
