It was pouring all day, so what do you do? :dunno I grabed my macro lens and went outside to get some rain drops. Oh boy, do i suck or what? :rolleyes

    Hey there ShepsMom, you don't suck at all, the more you use that lens the better you'll get, there is such a fine line between in focus and out of focus with Macro.

    The tighter the shot, especially hand holding the harder it is to do.

    Actually #4 and #6 look pretty good!

    Remember: Just because it's a macro you can't ignore the basic rules of composition -they still apply. Watch the foreground and background, don't center the subject, and use the rule of thirds. The difference between an average shot and a great one always comes down to composition...

    All of you guys keep posting macros and it makes me want to get a macro lens and some kenko tubes! But, no I promised myself long glass and a second body first. I must no deviate ;) Keep having fun!!!
