Wow Thanks everyone for your wonderful comments! I am smiling all over the place! I figured that posting here would be the best feedback I could find...you guys always amaze me with your birds...the winged ones
I wondered superjared, what about the boarder did you find distracting...I really value everyones opinions!
Raptor Captor...although I can't go into full details about the how and why about my new found secrets ...lets just say this included a stake out, a bird feeder and a half empty bag of niger seeds.
I have to request for landing space in the mornings at my back door...these fellows and the robins are everywhere,,and this is good news, cause it means that spring really is on it's way!:D
Great shot, and great bokeh, bokeee, bokehhhaaeha, whatever you call that thing. I love your frame, share a secret?
'Of course I'll share...
I duplicated the background then selected the top layer...using the move tool and holding the shift button I pulled the top layer in to be smaller than the bottom.
Then selected the bottom layer and did various blurrs, probably a gaussian and then a motion...then just dropped a shadow, put a black stroke and outer glare (i think!)

Don't chickadees stay all year at your place? They stay here. Robins have arrived here too, so spring must be coming!
Really lovely shot.
