I had my first pro sales go through last night (really just marked up $0.01 so I could track the print sales for some volunteer work). Much to my dismay, the customer had failed to adjust the crop on a 5x7 portrait, leaving part of "Grandpa's" head cut off.
Robin to the rescue! A quick email to help@ was all it took, and Robin cancelled the order, placed a new one with the proper crop, and emailed my customer with a very nice message.
I'm now wise in the ways of the Proof Delay, so I can handle this myself next time. Thank you, Robin! :thumb
