Hi you'll

Todays B.O.D. (Bird of the Day of course) is the might Great Blue Heron. This is not as tight of a crop as most of my pics but I like the reflection and the foliage in the shot.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Can you do a Florida shot of the day too? Something other than the birds? Birds are great, but I'd like to see what else is around your neighborhood. Did you give up on the big white bird that used to hang out your spa window? :D

    Hey Jeff,

Thats why I love shooting birds, no model releases and no debate over privacy. I did a lot of candids in NYC but in NYC they had gun laws. Down here in Florida every other person is packing heat.

I'll do my best on those non-bird shots. That bird and I have called a truce. After I got a decent pic of him the fight seemed to go out of him. He still comes around but not as often. We now how this wood stork who is becoming a regular visitor.
