Looking for a batch EXIF editor

On a recent trip, I had forgotten to set my camera to summer time.
I use the time stamps for geotagging, so I would need to change all the time stamps accordingly.
Since its quite a number of photos, I was wondering if someone could recommend a tool that can do this in batch mode (preferably free or cheap).

Exiftool. Free & probably one of the most complete. The downside is it's a Perl script, so command-line only.

Excellent. I will check it out. I have perl installed on my machine anyways, so thats not a big deal. Hell for years I have spent most of my time on Solaris. I guess you can say I am a command-line person anyways.

Hey, the tool can even process CR2 files. Thats even better then I thought, so I can change my sources

Yep, that's one of my main uses--grabbing data from my CR2s or repairing damage done by Adobe's apps.
