For this I gotta swim underwater, be still and take a picture!!!! :scratch:scratch

Anyway, I went Snorkeling for the very 1st time ever and I was amazed!!!!
i bought an underwater camera - Olympus 770SW.
Today we went looking for Green Sea Turtles.................

Very nice, Troy. I think that sea turtle is a young one; his back is very clean (not too many scars). I also really like the camoflaged fishy, because they're hard to spot and shoot once you find one! Great color on the boxfish.

    Congrats!
Yep, that ratio sounds about right! We used to get the underwater film disposable cameras and I'd go through a bunch of them. I remember being bounced around, trying to follow my photographic subject and take well composed photos! It's loads of fun. I love snorkeling!

Just an FYI: In Hawaii it's illegal to harass the Green Sea Turtles in any way as they are a protected species.

That said they are one of my favorites and something I always look forward to seeing when I dive in Hawaii. There's a mystical quality to them especially when they look right at you.

Coolness. The colors of all the salt water animals, reptiles, fish, mollusks, etc...always lend themselves to such good shots because of the colors. Very nice captures! My first time snorkeling was in Cozumel in the mid 80s and I saw tons of exotic fish, crabs, sharks, mollusks, etc... Too bad I didn't have a camera.

Very nice indeed... the turtles alone are a worthy capture.
