Protecting large prints

I want to protect a 20x30" print from the elements and rough handling. I'm thinking of lamination. If I lose some detail through the plastic no biggie. Consider this a very large business card for display. Roll it up, put in a tube for carrying around.

Where to get this done? And is there a better alternative?
