Hover fly encounter with Ant

This hover fly was unable to land anywhere may be because its base was destroyed (btw is this hover fly?) this photo was really hard to focus !
Then it landed on Ants land and was moved to see owner of land
Owner was nice and did not mess with him
then he flew away to his base
