Cannot upload photos

Hello
Can somebody please help me ?
I joined SmugMug for a trial and happily uploaded photos into my Galleries - no problem
I paid up.
Since then I cannot upload any photos
Every time I click on UPLOAD PHOTOS I get thrown clean out of my browser
I cannot find this problem in the help list provided
I have sent an email to help desk - no reply as yet

    Sure we'll help. Your SmugMug site is?

    If you are using IE7, the fix is simple, go to www.sun.com and update your java runtime client - free and simple.

    same problem here, updated already still cant upload. when i click on add photos getting a blank window.

    I updated Java for the second time and finally able to stay in the Upload Photo page

    andy, i found the problem : IE7 PRO add-on was the problem i uninstalled
    it everything is fine right now
