I have a customer who just emailed me that she has not recieved her coffee mug that she ordered quiet some time ago.

    Please be careful on what you post here on a public board. It isn't necessary to give smugmug more than the order number. But you've also give out the name and email of your customer for everyone to read. Especially google is very quick at indexing these forums, what means the name could pop up very quick in the google search and I don't know if your customer wants that. mwink.gif

    You can edit you post and remove the unnecessary information easily.

    Ouch- yeah we show that shipped on February 28th - we're sorry that the delivery by USPS never made it! Glad you posted here, we've rang the lab, and they'll get a replacement out asap.

    In the future, email our help desk with these types of issues, for fastest service thumb.gif

    Hi Rene`,

    We're so sorry about that. Unfortunately once an order leaves our lab we're at the mercy of the (unnamed) shipping services. I've contacted your customer, Dianne, to confirm we have the correct shipping address and we'll be getting another order out ASAP. Of course, there's no charge. We even guarantee against shipping carrier blunders!
