Ouch- yeah we show that shipped on February 28th - we're sorry that the delivery by USPS never made it! Glad you posted here, we've rang the lab, and they'll get a replacement out asap.

We're so sorry about that. Unfortunately once an order leaves our lab we're at the mercy of the (unnamed) shipping services. I've contacted your customer, Dianne, to confirm we have the correct shipping address and we'll be getting another order out ASAP. Of course, there's no charge.
