Dicided to take out my D2H instead of the D200 today. Here are a few of what I got.

    Hey Sean,

    Great action shots! It looks like it was around late afternoon or dusk during the game - what a great time for taking pictures. All of the faces are well-lit and not obscured by the harsh shadow of the baseball cap brim during mid-day, don't you think?

    Thanks. Too bad he dropped the ball and didn't get the out (twice in a row). It was the last inning and they were winning by a pretty big margin. I think a couple of them got lazy.

    The game started at 4:00 and ended about 6:00, so the sun was getting low by the end. I did use a bit of the dynamic lighting feature in Nikon Capture to bring out the shadows on the earlier shots.
