Hey, hang in there :thumb we know, and hopefully one day, there'll be more options :)

I must admit the "I wish I had a better answer for you" was starting to feel like a pacifier, but I have personally brought up the canvas prints and specifically panos recently, and lo and behold, I've knocked two "have to deal with" vendors off my list. YAY SmugMug!

clap.gif thanks - lots of work had to happen, see the thing is, adding a SKU to the database = easy. Making it so that the items don't show up for sale in pro sites, at $0 profit, not so easy. Our SmugSorcerers needed to make a way to search all accounts, and find ones that had ANY pro pricing - if they did, then SET the price on these new items at $0 so they don't show up in the for-sale list to pro's customers - thereby avoiding pro exploding heads gerg.gif

love the pro expoding heads emoticon....!!!!

very interesting to see the behind the scenes workings...much more complicated than meets the eye! i never considered how adding items would affect existing pro pricing. so now you guys have it all figured out for next time right!? Laughing.gif

Anyway, thanks to the sorcerers for making it work. I am currently now in a debate over which canvas print to order first for myself. headscratch.gif:D

10x20 and 12x12 prints (there's a system message in your control panel about this, too thumb.gif )

oops! I missed that message. How about adding 12x40 and 20x40 prints? My local shop prints these sizes and it would be nice to compete with them.

    Thanks,
    Chris

Not sure that I need three duplicate messages though :D... just joking! I'd rather get three than none!

    Panos? I see no panos.
Is it just me ... but I see Canvas and Rolled Canvas, but nothing I'd call a pano.

I've been offering 4x8's as a poor substitute for 'drugstore' 4x10's -- and I've also used services that print 6xN or 12xN panoramas, or arbitrary sizes from 1x1 to more-than-I-can-afford.

10x20 is a type of pano size. One day in the future we hope to let you choose x-length whatever you like pano :D

Ah well. Same ratio as 4x8, I suppose.

    How about 4x10's then?
