I've been rather remiss in my posting (not to mention PP). Quicky from early this A.M. Poor lighting...but at least the little ones cooperated. :D

Momma and her chicks. I've been following 3 pairs of osprey since January. Probably acquired over 1,500 pics alredy this "season". Don't know if I'll ever get them all processed. :dunno :scratch Heck...I've still got a thousand or so shots from MI4 still waiting for processings. Too busy entertaining snow birds that desided to fly down and roost at my nest. They are all gone now...so maybe some more pics will follow.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks Susan. You bet I climed up into the nest. That's why I carry that 200mm lens on the camera........so I can carry it in my teeth while I use my hands to climb trees to get into nests. eek7.gif:D I've been a bad boy. Probably need a spanking. lol3.gif

Thanks Jeff. Nope..no beamer on this (or any other birdy shot). Have issues with flashing a bird...especially if they are flying/landing. Can only imagine if they get blinded for a second on a critical landing....they might crash and kill themselves. Just don't feel comfortable flashing wildlife...especially birds. I have problems with shadows at times...but hey..that's the trade off. Do you like getting flashed? Wait...never mind you dirty old man. rolleyes1.gif

No tree rats for Harry. I BBQ'd and fed them to the raptors. eek7.gif:D
