Hey George I love these shots. We have a one year old weimaraner and boy is she something. I found her in the local paper. Great dogs but very hyper and love human attention. I think she has managed to chew up most of the sutffed animals in the house. I thought these dogs were only grey in color. Haven't seen one that was black and tan. Here is a picture of our Abbey...they are certainly beautiful dogs.

Weimaraner Pinchers
Sorry I did not know you were actually at a Weimaraner breeders house when you saw the pups. Seriously, I thought you confused about the breeds. As puppies they look very close. Those marking really give it away that these are not pure breds. I have a friend that had a AKC Doberman that looked just like the Weimaraner one as a puppy. Here is a link to one I found for sale on line. http://www.nextdaypets.com/directory/dogs/94328e1a-e081.aspx
George I took a look at your pics of buddy on your website and he is a beautiful dog. Love how you captured his personality. I also noticed that in some of the pics his coat looks brown and in others it looks grey. I have noticed that as well when taking pics of Abbey. THey have such a sheen to them that their coat appears different colors according to how the light falls.

we have three dogs (just bubby is the weimaraner)-
he, by far, has the most personality and, hopefully, the other two dogs don't feel too slighted, because bubby's about the only one I take pics of-

Do you mind if I call them Weimaraner Pinchers?
I dont't know about the purebred thing-
I would think you would be right (well, anybody knows more about this than I do)-
I don't know if he says they are from registered parents (or whatever they're called)-
thanks for commenting and looking-
I'll ask him about the registered thing---I'm curious-
Cool, you "made" the puppies in photoshop! Was that the CS3 version?
Smile. (can you delete them?)?
