Alright, so I sold one but I am having problems with the cropping. You need to leave extra room around the image for the wrap but how much of that is visable? I sold one at 11x14 and I'm running into a problem with lack of extra room around the edges. I should have only offered certain proportions but I didn't, and now I'm stuck. I could clone more canvas around the edge and then blur it so if I do a less than perfect cloneing job it won't look terrible. The order number is 282493 if you want to take a look and let me know what you think is possible. Thanks for any help you can offer and hopefully this will be a good lesson to others that you have to be extra careful with what sizes you offer for these becaues of the extra room around the edges needed. Oh, one more thing. Are the prints slightly enlarged to allow for bleed when they cut them like they do for regular prints, and if so how much do they enlarge them so I can try to factor that in. Thanks!

Nick, this is a case of round peg in a square hold :D Let's cancel this order, and you can offer your client a 20x30 wrapped or a 16x20 rolled (which they can then frame).

This one can't be shoe-horned into a 16x20 wrap, without some heavy cloning, I'm afraid.

The prints are not enlarged, there's no "bleed" on these.

Let me know how you'd like to proceed please :)

What do you think about the 16x20 mounted? You said it won't fit into a 16x20 wrap but I think you meant the 11x14 wrap. Here is a little mock up I did to see if it would fit. The black box is the actual print size, the red box is the Showing size. The customer does want it mounted, they do not want to frame it. I don't think they will want to pay for the 20x30 mounted, even without any markup on it. Let me know if you think this will fit at 16x20 and I'll talk to the customer tomorrow.

    Yes, this will work.
Email our help desk, we will push the ship it button, cancel, and dup/replace the order... just reference this thread too please, when you email. Thanks!

John took care of it for me. Thanks for the input Andy. The customer decided to do something different because they don't have room where they want to hang it for anything bigger than 11x14. I think they will order another eventually of a different picture but I don't know when so the order has been canceled.
