Moving galleries on smugmug...?

Herlo, anyone know how to move a gallery into another catagory on smugmug? got 42 galleries and want to move them, but think it could turn into a mission! any ideas...?

ahem, just discovered the 'customize' feature, thats how you do it, cheers anyway......

I'm confused. How does customize or SmugBrowser allow you to move a gallery to another category? I figure I'm missing something obvious or I have not had enough caffeine yet!

I haven't played much with smugbrowser, but that looks like a great tool to implement mass changes. I know that's in my future.

If I'm understanding your question, here are some tips for using customize to move galleries from category to category. If you use customize you'll have to update each gallery individually. I believe that smugbrowser changes can be applied at a higher level and that they will then apply to the lower levels.

Do you just want to change the category that the gallery is assigned to? That can be done easily on the customize gallery screen (screen shot below). Just use the category (and/or subcategory) drop-down to change the category.

Or do you want to move the photos to another gallery (existing or non-existing)? You can use "move photos", selected from <photo tools> to move the photos. Once you're there, click to select the photos to move, then select the new gallery from the drop-down at the top of the screen.
