Jeff,
#2 rocks Totally unique shot. Seems like just yesterday you were cussing out your D70 and ready to toss it into the Bolsa lagoon...and now bees and hummers in the same shot! Does your new gear ever cuss you out for being too slow?D

well said Harry and oh so true close but no cigar but I need too learn the flash so I gave t a try on that old lizard and that prove youu right again but for me not on teh birdies just yet thanks Harry a honest comment --hope all is well with you
Great series, Jeff. The hummer with the bee shots are really cool, and you did a very good job handling the exposure in the grackle shot.
thank you I have been ok with my last 2 trys one a RWBB and This one of the Grackle if you wait and take the shot with a little less than bright light then be very careful with background you can get it without blowing out too many blinkies and showing color and depth in the shadows -thanks again for commenting
I just got lucky with him --2 guys to rt shooting bad duck shots and he was calling out over and over let me walk up --get closer and i banged away with about 20 shots :ivar I told him thank you for posing and went home
