Can I add to an order?

I just got an email from a customer that wants to add a picture to their order. It is still in the proofing stage. Is there a way to do that?

Hi Cindy, no, but if you email our help desk, we can cancel that order, dupe it, and add something per your instructions. Send email to help desk, give order number, and the link to the photo(s) to be added, and size, qty, finish, etc.
