These are, I believe, the best photos I've been able to get of this female cardinal. She was taking a break from sitting on a nest in my backyard.

    Very nice. The color scheme of both photographs works very well. The cardinal is very sharp.

    Great photos. I like the sharpness of the eyes and beak. I also like the flowers in the bush. I bet they smelled really sweet. I have one in my yard but it didn't bloom well this year because of a late freeze. That cardinal will love the berries this winter.
