Can I add a search?

I was wondering if I can add a search function to my page so that customers can search for their pictures (with a filename) in my galleries. I take pictures at wrestling tournaments and there are so many to go through, I am trying to make it easier for them. I don't know if it is possible but if it were that would be great!
