My banner is not appearing at the top of all of my gallery pages. I've checked the code multiple times and I don't see anything in there that could be the problem (but I'm not so good at HTML, etc).

My smugmug page is: www.jenweaverphotography.com

:scratch

Can someone help, pleeease?

Thanks in advance!

Jen

    wave.gif Hi Jen,

    Which gallery, specifically? Check that you don't have "hide owner" checked Yes, or appearance = SmugMug.

    here are the links....
    Thanks for replying so quickly! You're amazing!

    I did have "hide owner" checked...I guess I wasn't sure exactly that was for...

    The galleries that were having the issues w/ the banner showing are now fixed - I can see the banners now that I checked "hide owner=no."

    What I just noticed, that I find strange, is that both of the galleries that were having the banner issues both have strange "double" sets of gallery numbers at the end of the URL - what would cause this?

    PS: I'm not sure if I missed this somewhere - but is there a way that after I create key words for each photo that I can hide those keywords from everyone seeing them in my gallery?

    Thanks again for your help!!

    Try this in your CSS. Might want to see them logged in though so add
    second line also.

    #photoKeywords {display:none;}
    .loggedIn #photoKeywords {display:block;}

    Help it's happening again- banner missing on one page
    Oh no! It's happening again. The banner is not showing on the top of this page: http://www.jenweaverphotography.com/gallery/2752696/1/147083743

    I went into the customize section and made sure that the appearance=smugmug and the hide owner = NO.

    What do I do?

    Thanks in advance...

    I believe appearance should be set to "custom" if you want your appearance customizations to show rather than the standard Smugmug look.
