I have a customer that has been having a hard time completing her order and I want to make sure I understand the problem before I give her the solution (as this would be here 3rd time emailing me and I am not sure if I dont understand the problem or if I am not explaining it correctly)

After you select photos into the cart and you modify the corp and size and stuff you get to the billing portion of the screen.

At the top there are these boxes for email and password.

Is this meant for the customer to create and account so that if they return there information is stored. Do they have to fill out the information up top?
Do they have to create a new password everytime, or once they create a password are they good to go, because I dont see a forgotten password link if they forget it.

If someone could help me out with this I would really appreciate it.

I think it's strickly so they can check the status of their order and each order
    will have a new PW.

Yes, it's a password that your customer can create. It can be the same each time they place an order, or it can be different.

They will receive a confirmation email with a link to check on the status of the order. To see the status they will be asked for the email address used on the order, and the password that they created thumb.gif
