but the shot I worked very hard for is this bullocks oriole .I did not have a flash so I just tracked it as it moved in the bush and it peeked into the light :ivar
Great series. I don't see anything too strange about the wings on the snowy. I think you did fine shooting through reeds. I too love the warbler BIF and perch.

First snowy shot is amazing, i see nothing worong with the wings. the others are nice too. i dont see how you can keep those fast little birds sharp ,( i can barely seem to get and keep the focus on a big horse head when its moving * argh* thought the 1Dmk2 was better at tracking ?? )

thanks the snowy flew across us and I did not lock in until he hit the reeds to my right --so maybe this one did not have the reeds very much the others shots look like fog the warbler bif and the OROILE perch you meen I worked too hard at the dam bird thanks again

anyway nice shots.
the shot of the wabler is luck and we stood [3 of us] and shot away -a wabler is harder to shoot that a swallow why you ask wabler just blows across and you never know when a swallow has a pattern if you wait and watch they will follows lines --then you can set up some but it is not easy --that is what I showed to Dallas thanks for the comment
